One gardener's observations, discoveries and random thoughts whilst simultaneously worshipping and dallying in a Cape Cod garden. "A garden," said Ralph Waldo Emerson, "is like those pernicious machineries which catch a man's coatskirt or his hand, and draw in his arm, his leg and his whole body to irresistable destruction."

  1. Happy Easter! :)

Your pictures are awesome as always!

  2. Love the graphic effect on the bunny picture!

Hope your Easter was super fantastic. :)

Thanks, Jav’!! Back atcha – it’s been a great day here…hope the Easter bunny brought great joy to your household, too!

  3. Great parade! Thanks. Love the “Peace”.

  4. Those crocus are fabulous!

  5. Happy belated Easter bonnet day to you, Greg. The bunny looks pretty pleased that things are greening up and providing a few more lunch courses to select from. And what crocus!

  6. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!! The crocus’ especially.

We’ve been seeing our share of bunnies lately, along with a mommy bambi and her almost grown fawn. Spring is definitely here. ( although, tonight is supposed to be around 32 degrees F. ) I hope I didn’t jinx myself.

  7. Crocus are my favorite. There’s something primal about their freshness and simplicity.

“I say to you, not even Solomon in all his splendor was arrayed as one of these.”

    Happy Easter, Greg.

Welcome back, Jeaux! I’ve missed you. Happy Easter to you, too!

  8. The close-up shots of the crocuses are beautiful. I particularly like the white ones with the purple “vein” detail. :-) Thanks for sharing!
