One gardener's observations, discoveries and random thoughts whilst simultaneously worshipping and dallying in a Cape Cod garden. "A garden," said Ralph Waldo Emerson, "is like those pernicious machineries which catch a man's coatskirt or his hand, and draw in his arm, his leg and his whole body to irresistable destruction."

April Showers

I’m posting this crow for Tornwordo over at Sticky Crows, as a hopeful tonic against continued cruddiness.

A little tired this AM, having stayed up too late putting some polish on the 100 List before posting so I’ll keep this brief. I would like to offer my thanks to Torn, Cooper, Butch, Dykewife, Patrick, Gayprof, The Thriftshop Romantic and Somewhere Joe (check out the links on the right to see what I mean, eh?) and a host of other great bloggers for inspiring me to take a leap from my comfortable tree branch and rediscover what it means to be a writer.

A little rainy here on the Cape of Cods today, though it appears we are between showers at the moment. This is fine, as April Showers have their job to do, and there’s plenty that needs attention in a variety of indoor locations!

Peace to each one of you!
